Ms. Miracle began her career in real estate upon graduation from high school in 1985, working for a small custom home builder and a local land investor and developer. After graduation from Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting in the 1991, she moved on to Southern California to obtain her MBA from the University of Southern California. She earned her way through USC while performing internal audits for the County of Los Angeles. Upon graduation, she worked as a senior management consultant for several Fortune 500 Companies. Using her breadth of knowledge and past experiences, Ms. Miracle has developed a reputation for going the extra mile for her clients. Ms. Miracle is tenacious, enjoys a challenge and possesses a zeal for hard work.
Ms. Miracle is active in the Realtor community as a member of the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, and the Citrus Valley Association of Realtors. She is also a founding member and the 2006 President for the Citrus Valley Foothills Chapter of the Women’s Council of Realtors. Ms. Miracle earned her Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Candidate. She also holds a Certificate in Control Self Assessment (CCSA) and is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) through the Institute of Internal Auditors.
